Journalism.

I think it is important to recognize how over time aspects such as self-care has become more and more important, by this I mean the increased importance of self-love and strategies to achieve this goal of self-care, journalism has become one of the strategies recommended by psychologists to their patients in search of an emotional adjustment generating an impact and a positive response. 
    My personal goal when I started using this strategy was to find a way to put my thoughts and feelings into something physical (writing in a notebook) in order to release or reflect better about the situation and personally it has been very effective, I have found a way to relax and reflect in order to understand myself better, this exercise has also helped me to reflect on the interpersonal relationships I have.
    The other aspect that makes journalism important is because it helps me to organize my time, my tasks and my activities a little more, helping me to fulfill my responsibilities on time and helping me to feel more fulfilled in my daily activities.
    I think it is important to perform this type of activities to improve our mental health, it is an exercise that can help us to keep in top of our activities and emotions, creating order and greater stability, I personally recommend this activity, starting with minimal thoughts and following the process to write things that affect you or are important to you.
